Application
Rippopodric L1 has been developed for making gravitational flow ripple sauces revealing uniform body & flow-ability.

Usage Level
Water 600 g
Sugar 450 g
Citric Acid 3 g
Color & Flavour As per choice
Rippopdric L1 30 g to 50 g
Preparation Method
  • Mix 50 g Rippopodric L1 into 450 g of dry sugar
  • Bring 600 ml water to boil
  • Pour mixture of Rippopodric L1 & sugar into boiling water
  • Add color & flavor of your choice
  • Immediately after pouring switch off fire and keep stirring for a while
  • Now leave this mixture to cool into a smooth, flowable ripple sauce
Storage and Shelf-life
The shelf-life of this product is a minimum of 12 months from date of production provided it is stored in the tightly closed original packing.
