A Premix Cake Mix For Red Velvet Cake
Ingredients Qty.
Premix 1000 g
Water 400 ml
Oil 200 g (220 ml)
  • Place RED VELVET CAKE MIX and water in the mixing bowl and mix with flat-blade for 1 minute at slow speed and scrape batter
  • Then mix at medium speed for 3 minutes
  • Reduce speed and add oil for 1 minute
  • Scale the batter in mould and bake at 160℃ upper and 180℃ for 35 minutes
