Water | 400 ml |
Oil | 200 g (220 ml) |
- Place RED VELVET CAKE MIX and water in the mixing bowl and mix with flat-blade for 1 minute at slow speed and scrape batter
- Then mix at medium speed for 3 minutes
- Reduce speed and add oil for 1 minute
- Scale the batter in mould and bake at 160℃ upper and 180℃ for 35 minutes
