Premium MMC : Premium Egg Free Chocolate Muffin Mix

Premium MMC 1000 g
Water 500 g (550 ml)
Oil 250 g (270 ml)
  • Place water, 1 kg PREMIUM MMC and oil in a mixing bowl and mix with flat blade at slow speed for 1 minute
  • Scrape the batter and mix with flat blade at high speed for 5 minutes
  • Scale the batter into well-greased cake mould
  • Bake at 170℃ for 35 minutes
