Doughnut Conc. 1000 g
Flour 1120 g
Yeast (Dry) 55 g
Water 1000 ml
  • Place DONUT CONCENTRATE, flour, yeast, water and fat in the spiral mixer and run at medium speed for 10 to 12 minutes
  • Keep the dough for fermentation by resting for 25 to 30 minutes
  • Prepare sheet with the dough and cut as per desired shape and size
  • Keep it for proofing in the proofer for 35 to 40 min with 70% humidity and 40℃ temperature
