Ico PKHV is stable at pH 3 as well as in 11-12% Salt Solution. It is recommended for use @ 1-1.5%.
To avoid lumping & obtain best dispersion, mix weighed quantity of Pickle Thickener with dry salt before adding into water for solution making, followed by heating to 100°C for a second or so. To economise on fuel double strength solution may be made as stock solution. Product dosage may be adjusted as per the degree of thickening needed. |
