Application
Ico Whip M091
  • is a spray dried Whip Topping Base that has been perfected under German technical expertise for application in Cakes, Pastries and other bakery products
  • consists of hydrogenated vegetable fat, proteins, stabilizers & emulsifiers
  • is stable over a wide range of pH and toppings prepared using Ico Whip M091 are very stable and can withstand heat-shocks without effecting the taste or texture of the applied topping

Usage Level
Whipped topping can be prepared using Ico Whip M091 in the following manner:
Ico Whip M091 100 g
Vegetable Oil 150 ml
Total 250 g
Preparation Method
  • Take 100g Ico Whip M091 and add 150ml ice chilled water (Not more than 4°C)
  • Beat the above mix using a cake mixer at slow speed till ripples start to form (approx 2 minutes) immediately followed by high speed beating for 4-5 minutes to achieve a good volume
  • When the product becomes snow-white and develops soft peaks, whipped topping is ready
  • Refrigerate the whipped topping for 30 mins before using
Note: Ensure that the water is ice cold & is not more than 4°C
Storage and Shelf-life
The shelf-life of this product is a minimum of 12 months from date of production provided it is stored in the tightly closed original packing.
