| Whipped topping can be prepared using Ico Whip M091 in the following manner: |

| Preparation Method |
|
- Take 100g Ico Whip M091 and add 150ml ice chilled water (Not more than 4°C)
- Beat the above mix using a cake mixer at slow speed till ripples start to form (approx 2 minutes) immediately followed by high speed beating for 4-5 minutes to achieve a good volume
- When the product becomes snow-white and develops soft peaks, whipped topping is ready
- Refrigerate the whipped topping for 30 mins before using
Note: Ensure that the water is ice cold & is not more than 4°C

| Storage and Shelf-life |
|
| The shelf-life of this product is a minimum of 12 months from date of production provided it is stored in the tightly closed original packing. |
