Icopodric Ace Series is an economy range of integrated & complete Stabilizer-Emulsifier Systems for Ice cream application perfected under German technical expertise using special grade combination of Emulsifiers & Stabilizers to impart outstanding properties to the Ice cream.

Icopodric Ace Series
Icopodric Ace series consists of the following brands, the choice of which depends upon the composition of the Ice cream mix viz. Fat percentage, Total Solids, SNF etc:

Usage Level
Icopodric Ace series comprises a range of products having a usage level of @ 0.3% to 0.5% of the total weight of Ice cream Mix.
Preparation Method
For easy dispersion required quantity of Icopodric Ace is well mixed into dry sugar, which is then stirred into the mix at 50°C.
Storage and Shelf-life
The shelf-life of this product is a minimum of 12 months from date of production provided it is stored in the tightly closed original packing
