Application
Icomayo RTS is a ready to use concentrate for egg-free Mayonnaise perfected under the technical expertise of Spiess, GmbH, Karlsruhe, Germany using a combination of special grade Milk & Milk solids, proteins, stabilizers & emulsifiers.

Usage Level
Egg-Free mayonnaise can be prepared using Icomayo RTS in the following manner:
Soya Oil 630 g
Water 200 ml
Vinegar 80 ml
Icomayo RTS 100 g
Preparation Method
  • Mix Icomayo RTS with water using a hand blender at slow speed
  • Once Icomayo RTS is completely dissolved in water, start adding Soya Oil very slowly to the mix with continuous stirring at slow speed
  • Keep blending till the mix becomes creamy and thick
  • Add vinegar to the mix and blend thoroughly
  • Mix at high speed for 2-3 minutes
  • Mayonnaise is now ready for serving
Storage and Shelf-life
The shelf-life of this product is a minimum of 12 months from date of production provided it is stored in the tightly closed original packing.
