Application
Ico Diet is a combination of ingredients used for manufacturing sugar-free ice cream. These ingredients have been especially formulated to give a superior body & texture to the ice cream along with sweetness levels & taste parallel to that of ice cream made with natural sugar.

Preparation Method
(In order to get the right results please follow the instructions carefully)
  1. Heat water to 45°C
  2. Dry mix Ico Diet - SE with SMP and add to water at 45°C
  3. Add Ico Diet - SPW immediately after adding SMP & Stabilizer
  4. Heat the mix to 55°C
  5. Add Butter at 55°C
  6. Heat the mix to 75°C
  7. Homogenize the mix and collect in ageing tank after passing through the PHE
  8. Add Sweet B in the ageing tank
  9. Age the mix for 8 hours and process as usual
Storage and Shelf-life
The shelf-life of this product is a minimum of 12 months from date of production provided it is stored in the tightly closed original packing.
