Ico Caragel NF-1540 is an integrated & complete Stabilizer-Emulsifier System for Fat free frozen desserts, perfected under German technical expertise using special grade combination of emulsifiers & stabilizers.

Preparation Method
(In order to get the right results please follow the instructions carefully)
  1. Heat water to 45°C
  2. Add SMP to water at 45°C
  3. Dry mix Ico Caragel NF-1540 & Fat Replacer with sugar and add to mix at 50°C
  4. Heat the mix to 55°C
  5. Add Butter at 55°C
  6. Heat the mix to 75°C
  7. Homogenize the mix and collect in ageing tank after passing through the PHE
Storage and Shelf-life
The shelf-life of this product is a minimum of 12 months from date of production provided it is stored in the tightly closed original packing.
