Application
Ico Caragel SFF 6310 is a combination of ingredients used for manufacturing of sugar-free & fat free ice creams. These ingredients have been especially formulated to give a superior body & texture to the ice cream along with sweetness levels, fat feel & taste parallel to that of regular dairy fat ice cream made with natural sugar.

Preparation Method
(In order to get the right results please follow the instructions carefully)
  1. Heat water to 50 °C
  2. Dry mix Ico Caragel SFF-6310 & Fat Replacer with SMP and add to mix at 50°C
  3. Add Ico Diet SPW at 55°C
  4. Heat the mix to 75°C
  5. Homogenize the mix and collect in ageing tank after passing through the PHE
  6. In the Ageing tank add Sweet B to the mix
  7. Age the mix for 8 to 12 hours and process as usual
Storage and Shelf-life
The shelf-life of this product is a minimum of 12 months from date of production provided it is stored in the tightly closed original packing.
