Ico Caragel Series is a range of integrated & complete Stabilizer-Emulsifier Systems for Ice cream application perfected under German technical expertise using special grade combination of Emulsifiers & Stabilizers to impart outstanding properties to the Ice cream.

Ico Caragel Series
Ico Caragel series consists of the following brands, the choice of which depends upon the composition of the Ice cream mix viz. Fat percentage, Total Solids, SNF etc:
  • Ico Caragel Type-I
  • Ico Caragel Type-II
  • Ico Caragel Type-2000
Usage Level
Ico Caragel series comprises a range of products having usage levels of @ 0.3% to 0.4% of the total weight of Ice cream Mix.
Preparation Method

For easy dispersion required quantity of Ico Caragel is well mixed into dry sugar, which is then stirred into the mix at 50°C.

Storage and Shelf-life
The shelf-life of this product is a minimum of 12 months from date of production provided it is stored in the tightly closed original packing
